Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time (3 days a week) Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands accounting processes and principles and enjoys working on new and challenging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter financial data accurately into our accounting systems.
Assist with the processing and recording of invoices.
Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice details and payment processing information.
Maintain organized financial records and files.
Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in Netsuite or similar software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Hybrid/Part-time schedule (3 days/week).

Compensation: $25/hour

Web Developer

Job Duties:

Develop, build, and maintain Shopify stores using expertise in HTML, SCSS, Shopify Liquid, and JavaScript.
Ensure the seamless integration of features and functionalities to enhance the overall user experience.
Implement best practices for Shopify website development and e-commerce optimization.
Align website features with customer and business requirements.
Design and Prototype website functionalities using Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Ensure the visual elements are in line with brand guidelines.
Enhance user experience through intuitive design and rigorous testing.
Invent new solutions based on current needs and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of ongoing processes.
Contribute to the brand internationalization process, ensuring a cohesive online presence across different markets.
Analyze data related to website performance and user behavior, including tracking users' clicks.
Oversee cybersecurity measures and contribute to the administration of internal company systems.
Manage the process of website personalization to cater to individual user preferences. Implement personalized content and features to enhance user engagement.

Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within U.S.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree (Any Field) + 2 years of work experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
