Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time (3 days a week) Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands accounting processes and principles and enjoys working on new and challenging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter financial data accurately into our accounting systems.
  • Assist with the processing and recording of invoices.
  • Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice details and payment processing information.
  • Maintain organized financial records and files.
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in Netsuite or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Hybrid/Part-time schedule (3 days/week).

Compensation: $25/hour

Web Developer

Job Duties:

  • Develop, build, and maintain Shopify stores using expertise in HTML, SCSS, Shopify Liquid, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of features and functionalities to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Implement best practices for Shopify website development and e-commerce optimization.
  • Align website features with customer and business requirements.
  • Design and Prototype website functionalities using Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ensure the visual elements are in line with brand guidelines. 
  • Enhance user experience through intuitive design and rigorous testing.
  • Invent new solutions based on current needs and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of ongoing processes. 
  • Contribute to the brand internationalization process, ensuring a cohesive online presence across different markets. 
  • Analyze data related to website performance and user behavior, including tracking users' clicks.
  • Oversee cybersecurity measures and contribute to the administration of internal company systems. 
  • Manage the process of website personalization to cater to individual user preferences. Implement personalized content and features to enhance user engagement. 

Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within U.S.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree (Any Field) + 2 years of work experience in job offered or related.  Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
