Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time (3 days a week) Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands accounting processes and principles and enjoys working on new and challenging opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter financial data accurately into our accounting systems.
- Assist with the processing and recording of invoices.
- Communicate with vendors to clarify invoice details and payment processing information.
- Maintain organized financial records and files.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
- Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience in Netsuite or similar software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule: Hybrid/Part-time schedule (3 days/week).
Compensation: $25/hour

Web Developer
Job Duties:
- Develop, build, and maintain Shopify stores using expertise in HTML, SCSS, Shopify Liquid, and JavaScript.
- Ensure the seamless integration of features and functionalities to enhance the overall user experience.
- Implement best practices for Shopify website development and e-commerce optimization.
- Align website features with customer and business requirements.
- Design and Prototype website functionalities using Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ensure the visual elements are in line with brand guidelines.
- Enhance user experience through intuitive design and rigorous testing.
- Invent new solutions based on current needs and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of ongoing processes.
- Contribute to the brand internationalization process, ensuring a cohesive online presence across different markets.
- Analyze data related to website performance and user behavior, including tracking users' clicks.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures and contribute to the administration of internal company systems.
- Manage the process of website personalization to cater to individual user preferences. Implement personalized content and features to enhance user engagement.
Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within U.S.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree (Any Field) + 2 years of work experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
